Foggy and wet weather conditions

Thursday, March 25th, 2010

It looks as though the foggy and wet weather is set to be in for the rest of the week. The wet weather will be coming in from the south-west and south of England. This does mean the risk of having a driving accident increases, due to the reduced visibility. Complete Claim Solutions have some helpful advice to make sure you are safer when driving in these conditions:

  • Dipped headlights should be used when visibility is reduced to 100 meters (around 328 feet).
  • Fog lights are not a must, but if you have an accident in the fog and they were not on, it may be questioned. If the fog is dense, use your fog lights and stay slower, but try not to dazzle other drivers.
  • Windscreen wipers and demisters are helpful in increasing visibility, to use them often.
  • We often get accidents where drivers were within the stopping distance, in these conditions, stay much further back from the car in front. Judge how long it will take you to stop by judging the distance you can see clearly.
  • Check your mirrors more often and do not accelerate from other cars behind you.

We hope this information is enough to stop you from having an accident, but you cannot control the action of other drivers, so it is helpful to have a number at hand in that situation.

I suffered whiplash but did not attend G.P…can I still claim?

Thursday, March 11th, 2010

It is often the case that symptoms resulting from a Road Traffic Accident do not flare up until a couple of days after the incident. At Complete Claim Solutions, we receive cases where the victims of the accident have not gone to the G.P, and it does not affect the process, or your rights to your compensation. You can even claim compensation up until 3 years after the accident and still not have gone to the G.P! Our friendly team of dedicated people will help guide you through the simple process, and will discuss your injuries (no matter how big or small), and we will get you between £2000-£5000 compensation. We take the hassle out of claiming compensation from you…we will fill in the forms, appoint a G.P in your area to briefly discuss the injuries, and send the cheque through the post. We would really like to answer all questions and give advice on your case! Our number is free phone and you will quickly be put through to a member of our team, and there is no obligation from the call! So even if you no longer feel your injuries, call us on…0800 567 7064.

How can I protect myself against fraud?

Thursday, March 4th, 2010

You may sit there wondering how it is possible that you do not pay a penny and you can receive between £2000-£5000 compensation? Seems too good to be true? At Complete Claims Solutions, we understand that you may be sceptical, and with recent developments from the Office of Fair Trading advising about fraud and scam phone calls, particularly those asking for a payment of a fee up-front.  At Complete Claims Solutions we can reassure you that we do not ask for any money up-front, or in the entire process of managing your claim! And you will keep 100% of your compensation guaranteed! All the fees are paid for by the “at fault” insurer, and we adhere to strict legal guidelines to inform you of all the costs throughout the process…if you win you do not pay a penny…if you do not win, you still do not have to pay a penny! Complete Claims Solutions are an honest company, and we like to explain how the process works in order to give the best service we can…http://www.completeclaimsolutions.co.uk/fees-explained.php.
