Yes it is legal, however we do not agree that this should be done.  Some compensation firms still take deductions from their client’s compensation settlements.  At Complete Claim Solutions we never, ever do this.  All of our clients always receive 100% of their compensation and never have to pay us any fees or charges, under any circumstances.  The insurance company that is responsible for the accident pays for the costs involved.  It is always important that you check before signing an agreement that no deductions will be made from your compensation.  If you are set up on a ‘No Win No Fee Agreement’ then you will never have to pay any fees or charges but you still have to check about compensation cuts.  The ‘No Win No Fee Agreement’ is your protection against any fees and once you are set up on this you will not incur any charges.  Complete Claim Solutions never take a penny from any of our clients.  You are our number one priority and there really is no hidden catches when you come to Complete Claim Solutions. Unfortunately this cannot always be said for other firms.
