Sarah Harris, 26, London
When Sarah first came to us she was frustrated and confused. She had been involved in a road traffic accident eight months previously and sustained minor whiplash to the neck. At the time of the accident Sarah did not see her GP due to tight work constraints. Her symptoms were also relatively mild and so Sarah self- medicated using ibuprofen which seemed to ease the pain. When Sally called us for advice, she was very hesitant and reluctant to make a claim for personal injury. She was afraid that it would entail vast amounts of paperwork, being questioned and pestered by insurers and that it would be more trouble than it was worth. Nazir Patel, 21, Brighton
Nazir was involved in a car accident, his vehicle was hit in the rear at a roundabout causing roughly £1000 worth of damage to his car.
