The Claims Process
There are several different types of claims for personal injury some of which are listed at the bottom of this page. Depending on the type of claim you have this does vary the process somewhat, however generally speaking the guidelines are the same. Listed below is the most frequently used four step process.
- You will need to speak to one of our representatives who will complete all of the paperwork over the telephone. This is rather unique; however our main aim at Complete Claim Solutions is to take the hassle out of claiming so we do not send you vast quantities of paperwork for you to struggle with at home.
- You would need to sign one form. This is the ‘No Win No Fee Agreement’ which is the document that protects you against any fees or charges for the entire duration of your claim.
- You may then need to attend a medical appointment with a GP. This is arranged by us and is not necessary in all cases. However, the appointment, if needed, takes between 15-20 minutes and is held at a local GP surgery to your home address.
- We then will telephone you with an offer to settle your claim. Once you agree this offer a cheque will be released to you and your claim is completed.
The claims process can take anywhere between four weeks and twelve months depending on the type of claim and the severity of the injury. However at Complete Claim Solutions our average settlement time is currently six weeks from when you first appoint us.
