This will take you approximately 5 minutes.  You can use our quick claim form or you can give us a call FREE, on 0800 567 7064.   You will have a quick chat to one of our personal injury lawyers and they will confirm there and then if your case will be successful.  We will then complete all of the paper work on your behalf and forward it to you.  All you need to do is sign and return the claim form in the pre paid envelope provided.  We will then arrange for a medical appointment with one of our panel experts in a location and at a time convenient for you.  If your claim is for whiplash, this appointment can take at little as 5 minutes.  If your injuries are more serious, the expert may spend more time but this varies from case to case. Once we have the medical report it will be forwarded to the liable insurers for an offer.  At this stage we can advise you if the offer is reasonable and if we recommend acceptance.  In the vast majority of cases our expert negotiators are more than capable of securing the maximum that insurers are prepared to offer.  If you accept the offer the settlement cheque will usually follow in 2 – 4 weeks.
